Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident paying for Teamlet. If it doesn't work out, getting a refund should be simple and painless.

Not happy? Email us within 7 days of your payment and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no forms, no back-and-forth.

How to request a refund

Send an email to support@teamlet.app with:

  • Subject: Refund Request
  • Your workspace name
  • The date you were charged

That's it. We'll reply to confirm and process the refund from there.

What counts as the purchase date?

The 7-day window starts on the date your payment was processed — not the date you signed up for a trial. You can check your charge date in your workspace billing settings. The 7-day window applies regardless of how much of the service was used during that period.

How long does it take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The money goes back to the original payment method you used at checkout. Refunds are initiated through Razorpay and the timeline depends on your bank or card issuer.

After 7 days

We can't offer refunds after the 7-day window closes. But you can cancel anytime to stop future billing — you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Free plan

The free plan is always free. There's nothing to refund.
