By using Teamlet, you're agreeing to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose — we want you to actually understand what you're agreeing to.
Who can use Teamlet
Teamlet is built for businesses and organizations. To use it, you need to be:
- 18 years or older
- Using it on behalf of a registered organization, not for personal use
If you're setting up a workspace, you're the workspace admin and you take responsibility for how your team uses the platform.
Your workspace, your data
As a workspace admin, you own your workspace's data. We're just the platform it runs on. Your employees' personal profile data belongs to them individually.
When you cancel your subscription, your workspace data stays available for 30 days. After that, we delete it. If you want an export before then, email us.
What you can't do
Please don't:
- Use Teamlet for anything illegal
- Scrape or mass-export data using bots or automated scripts
- Try to access other workspaces or user accounts you don't belong to
- Impersonate other users
- Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm others
- Resell access to Teamlet without our permission
If we find any of this happening, we'll suspend the workspace without notice.
Our responsibilities
We work hard to keep Teamlet running reliably. But we can't promise perfect uptime — sometimes things break. We're not liable for lost productivity if the service goes down temporarily.
We also can't be responsible for data you accidentally delete or overwrite. Please back up anything important.
Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the issue occurred.
Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly. The price shown at checkout is what you pay — no hidden fees. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details — they are entered directly on Razorpay's secure payment page.
Ending the relationship
You can cancel anytime from your workspace settings. No lock-in periods. Your data stays available for 30 days after cancellation, then it's permanently deleted.
We can suspend or terminate your workspace if you violate these terms. We'll try to warn you first unless the issue is serious.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms in a meaningful way, we'll email workspace admins before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Teamlet after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
